    Moving jobs, especially in more senior positions, can be both exhilarating and stressful. There are high expectations from both sides, the company expects results quickly from the individual who has perhaps moved out of their comfort zone and into a new business area and possibly new company.

    We aim to increase your self-awareness and if required, we will step into the company to understand the requirements of the role better, to support your journey to success.

    Unexpected redundancy?

    This is an incredibly difficult time for most individuals, especially as they may have identified their self-worth with their job. The fall-out of redundancies can be very challenging, but many individuals gain a new lease of life from the situation.

    The purpose of coaching in this area is to do some deep work to help the individual rediscover their values and motivations, and lead them down a positive path where they feel confident in taking control of rebuilding their careers.

    Intentional Pivot

    Whether enforced externally or self-driven, a decision to make a life change can be a difficult one. In the lead-up, and during the transition, it’s easy to slip back into old habits. Our coaching sessions provide the tools and techniques to recognise and prevent potential relapses.

  • We work with women preparing to go on maternity leave, offering sessions throughout leave and once they return to the workplace.

    Women in senior positions can feel daunted by the fact that someone else will be taking over their role for a significant period of time whilst they are away. They find it difficult to take a 2-week holiday, much less half a year.

    Although there are lots of things to organise and plan in terms of cover for this period of time, the most important thing for women to do is mental preparation.

    Research has shown that a woman’s self-identity may be more closely linked with her profession than male counterparts. She may struggle with the switch from being career focused to balancing her career goals with being a primary caregiver.

    Our Maternity Coaching Package helps prepare women to step away without worries, and return with confidence.

  • Whether you have a newly formed team, or an existing team, dynamics are crucial in business. It’s important to build a foundation of trust before starting a team relationship, but this step is sometimes missed - with detrimental consequences.

    The need for leaders to embody high levels of emotional intelligence has never been as high as it is now.

    Using Roche Martin’s Emotional Capital Report (ECR) as a foundation, our Team Coaching approach involves sessions with each individual before a 2-day workshop.

    ECR is a well-established scientific-based leadership assessment tool that has been perfected over 20 years.

    Individual ECR/ECR 360 is recommended for individuals who are currently in role. This will increase self-awareness, and can provide greater clarity to the outputs of coaching, providing a referenceable benchmark for development plans and future assessments.

    Reports are reviewed individually prior to the session before we embark on a deep dive into the critical topics at hand, reviewing interactions between individual personalities, and the overall impact on group dynamics.
